Your instructor will advance you further along in the program as your welding skills improve and begin to compound. Our training program does not hold advanced students back and does not push students forward when they are not ready. 

This has proven to be the most effective training protocol to prepare students for weld testing as fast as possible.

Combo Pipe Welder- $21,500.00 with financing

Our all-inclusive program. This course includes 450 hours or up to 30 weeks of intense pipe welding training. This course is tailored for students who plan to be pipe welders in the heavy industrial sector. Students will learn the advanced skills necessary to be successful on test day and their first day forward in power plants, refineries and or other heavy industrial facility where highly skilled welders are in demand.

Program Includes:

  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG)
  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK)
  • Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)
  • Carbon Arc Gouging 
  • Oxygen Acetylene Cutting 
  • Cutting and grinding with pneumatic and electric tools

Program will prepare students for the following certification(s):

  • SMAW (P1 through P15E) Unlimited thickness, all positions, pipe or plate with backing. 
  • GTAW (P1 through P15E) Unlimited thickness, all positions, pipe or plate without backing. 
  • FCAW (P1 through P15E) Unlimited thickness, all positions, pipe or plate with backing.

Structural Welder- $11,500.00 with financing

This course prepares students for structural welding certification. Students perfect their skills with the SMAW, FCAW and GMAW process. This course is beneficial for anyone that needs to learn to weld quicky or needs structural welding skills. The course includes 225 hours of hands-on welding training.

Program Includes:

  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK)
  • Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)
  • Oxygen Acetylene Cutting
  • Cutting and grinding with pneumatic and electric tools.

Program will prepare students for the following certification(s)

Welding Basics - $2,500.00 with financing

Fusion welding Institute offers a 60-hour (3-week) hands on welding basics program. Students learn basic welding skills such as SMAW (Stick) and Metal Inert Gas (MIG). This program is perfect for hobby welders or anyone that needs very basic welding skills.  

Program Includes:

  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
  • Oxygen Acetylene Cutting
